New Alzheimer Protocol

 

Preliminary Results reported people with signs of dementia returned to normal daily functioning

in research by Bredesen, D. E. (2014). Reversal of cognitive decline: A novel therapeutic program. Aging, September 2014, 6:707-717.

 

Patients followed these personal guidelines:

  • Eliminate gluten and processed foods from the diet

  • Eat more fruits and vegetables and limit meat consumption

  • Eat non-farmed fish, grass-fed beef, or organic chicken

  • Fast for a minimum of three hours between dinner and bedtime

  • Fast for a minimum of 12 hours between dinner and breakfast

  • Reduce stress in your life using meditation or relaxation

  • Develop a daily exercise routine

  • Obtain a minimum of eight hours of sleep a night
